Rosemount Kindergarten is a specialist in early childhood education. We provide schooling at the Preschool, Kindergarten and Early Primary levels, for children aged 2 to 7.

The school has five levels of education:

Nursery

This is for children aged 2.  Classes focus on social development, independence and developing a love of school. Attendance is 2, 3 or 5 mornings. Classes run from 9am to 12pm.

Level 1

This is for children aged 3. At this level children embark on an inquiry based curriculum which includes: Language, Maths, Creative Arts, Science, Physical Development, Music and the option of learning a second language. Attendance is 2, 3 or 5 full days or 5 mornings. Classes run from 9am to 3pm (full-time) or 9am to 12pm (5 mornings).

Level 2

This is for children aged 4. At this level the curriculum gives increasing focus to literacy, numeracy and the development of a second language. Attendance is 2, 3 or 5 days. Classes run from 9am to 3pm.

Level 3

This is for children aged 5 and the curriculum is equivalent to Grade 1 in most countries. Attendance is 5 days. Classes run from 9am to 3pm.

Level 4

This level is for children aged 6 and is equivalent to Grade 2 in most countries. Attendance is 5 days. Classes run from 9am to 3pm.
